I check Twitter trends and two different people with a form of Souza as their last name just happen to be trending on Twitter AT THE SAME TIME:

Steven Souza, the Rays star player, was JUST traded and some guy named Dinesh D’Souza was getting tons of press during those hours for saying the kids from Parkland were being used by the media as pawns and that they weren’t legit.

(even though my screenshot of the actual trending topics is for some reason not showing his actual name, Steven Souza WAS appearing under the word "Ray's", which is still trending, because that is HIS team):
